Take caps off both the MDI and your spacer Put MDI into opening on the back of the spacer

Shake the whole unit for 5 - 10 seconds While sitting upright or standing, blow all the air OUT of your lungs

Place the mouthpiece of the spacer in mouth, between teeth, tightly sealing lips around it. Depress the canister of MDI once while taking a SLOW DEEP breath - hold your breath for 5 - 10 seconds

Wait one minute before next dose. Gargle with water when done.
