This approach to care has allowed for many innovative approaches including emergency and medical rounds for discharge planning and early identification of clients requiring immediate care.

Under the umbrella of Therapeutics are significant free standing ambulatory care and outreach programs for single and multi-needs patients. This unique structure (all disciplines reporting to one manager) has allowed for close liaison of health care providers in a client-centered approach while maintaining the identity of the providers chosen profession for professional development, maintenance of diverse skills, problem solving and professional networking.
