A gift and flower shop, run by the Associates of Caritas, is located on the main floor across from the Rendez-vous Café. Items available include greeting cards, magazines, scratch lottery tickets, snacks, flowers and gifts. Open daily. Profits benefit the continuing care program. Lost and Found
Have you lost a personal item in a hospital room or elsewhere in at our facility? Please check for any lost items at our Security Services office--by telephone or in person. You may need to bring photo identification with your to claim any personal items. Contact Security Services at 780-342-8140.

Professionally trained chaplains are available to provide spiritual care and emotional support to our patients and their families. Banking
For your convenience, an automated teller bank machine (ATM) is located in the lobby of the main floor next to Information Services.
Parking
There are several parking options available to guests, including metered parking on the street, hourly parking in the North parking lot on Jasper Avenue, and weekly/monthly parkade passes which may be purchased. Please contact your RCM or Information Services for details.
Bus, LRT and DATS Services
Located in the heart of downtown on Jasper Avenue, the Edmonton General is easily accessible by public transportation. There are several bus stops in the vicinity in addition to the Grandin LRT station.
DATS (Disabled Adult Transportation System) is a public transporation service that can provide door-to-door service. To access this service, please apply directly to DATS for a registration number at 780-496-4570.
Visitor Hours
Family, friends and children are welcome to visit at any time. Visitors who come between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. are asked to use the Youville Entrance (100 Avenue) and to please ring the bell in order to gain entrance.
All entrances are locked during these hours for safety reasons.
