The Community Outreach Program at the Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre offers programs and services that help people become active and healthy. The Community Outreach team helps individuals and their families reach optimal levels of healthy living in the community through education, assessment, treatment, exercise sessions and social support. Our compassionate and professional staff includes physiotherapists, a registered nurse, registered massage therapists, rehabilitation assistants and personal attendants. |
Edmonton General Outreach Programs and services are offered both on site, and at other sites including the Lion's Railtown and the Misericordia Hospital. The Community Outreach Centre is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
