Covenant Health provides all employees with the opportunity to contribute to a Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan through payroll deduction. For United Nurses of Alberta (UNA) employees,  the employer will match the employees contributions up to 2% of regular earnings. For all other employee groups contributions are employee dollars only.
